The Innside had a great location, very convenient for my work meetings. My room was clean but outdated and noisy. I could hear everything from the corridor and other rooms. The toiletries were limited in quality, which was a bit disappointing for a business trip. The hairdryer was updated, and I appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room. The service at the front desk needed improvement. the check-in took far too long, and I felt ignored at times. I had to fill out too many forms, which felt excessive. However, the breakfast spread was tasty and kept me energized for my day.

We spent our days exploring the nearby parks and wrapped it up with a refreshing dip in the 23rd-floor outdoor pool. The breakfast was solid and delicious, giving us a great start each morning. Just be patient with the elevators since there are only two, but everything else was awesome!
The only downside was waiting a bit for the elevators, as there were only two available during busy times.

great access to parks and popular attractions for city strolls
During my stay, I really appreciated being just a 15-minute walk to the beautiful Museum of Art of São Paulo, where I enjoyed an afternoon of wandering through exhibits, and the nearby Professor Aristoteles Orsini Planetarium, perfect for a relaxing park view while I took in the stars, making it easy for a weekend traveler like me to enjoy all the highlights of the city with minimal hassle.

We had a nice stay at the pool area, which offered stunning views of the city from the 23rd floor. The kids loved the breakfast options, especially the fresh fruits and tasty Brazilian treats, making mornings enjoyable for the whole family.
In my wife's opinion, the check-in process was frustrating and could be greatly improved by having a dedicated family check-in to expedite the experience.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
I recently stayed for 1 night in a well-appointed room that was clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic, with numerous good restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. The breakfast was enjoyable, featuring a delightful selection of fresh fruits and pastries. However, I wish the hotel provided complimentary bottled water in the rooms.

The Innside Room Queen was nice and clean. The bed was super comfy, which I loved. Had a bit of noise from the neighbors, but it wasn't too bad. A couple of things were missing, like more international plugs, but overall, the vibe was good. Just wish the food options were better.

Loved the comfy beds, amazing neighborhood vibes, and the quick room swap when we had a noisy neighbor. Seriously, the location is perfect for exploring local restaurants.

The location stands out with its proximity to high-end restaurants and the vibrant Itaim area, making it a fantastic spot for dining and leisure. The rooms offer a good view of the city, creating a nice backdrop during your stay.
However, the experience wasn't all smooth sailing. The rooms across the board could use a fresh update. many felt dark and cramped, contrasting with what is expected from a hotel of this brand. I encountered issues with the elevators, with only one operational during rush hours, leading to frustrating waits that disrupted plans. Additionally, the amenities, like the in-room water supply, fell short of expectations, especially when housekeeping wasn't available to assist, making it feel a bit like bare minimum service.
